THE GIVEBACK GIRL

Raising Awareness for Sickle Cell Disease and Other Important Causes

ABOUT The Giveback Girl

My deceased aunt, Eithne, lived a simple life: she worked hard, loved her family, and helped the needy. She spearheaded our family's annual Christmas giveback until her sudden death from Sickle Cell in 2016.

That year, we honored her by documenting this tradition on camera.

The inaugural episode, My Christmas Wish, launched a series and a brand, The Giveback Girl, making it an annual production spanning various groups, including special needs students, cancer caregivers, children on hurricane-ravaged islands, and essential workers.

To date, thousands have watched the shows on television and YouTube. One of the episodes, the Gift, received a nomination from the Caribbean Broadcasting Union for a People's Choice Award 2018.

Our mission is simple: The Giveback Girl exists to raise awareness and provide support for families in crisis. Our vision? Bringing Joy and Cheer to Families Everywhere. To further our mission and expand our capacity to help more, The Giveback Girl is now registered as a Non Profit organization in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
